Terms & Conditions

Our current pricelist and order terms are available upon request.

• No minimum order.
• Carriage is paid on orders over £120 ex VAT otherwise charged at £6.00 ex VAT UK mainland only.
For deliveries outside the UK we will contact you with full delivery cost.
• New accounts by pro-forma invoice. Your order will be despatched upon clearance of funds.
Account holder strictly 30 days.
• Payment accepted by cheque, cash, credit card or BACS.
• All products remain the property of Ampersand Cards until paid in full.
• Your order will be despatched as soon as possible, subject to availability. Please be aware as
many of our ranges are hand finished, you may from time to time experience longer lead times.
We will advise you of expected delivery time when placing your order.
• On receipt of your order any shortages / damages must be reported to Ampersand Cards in writing
within 48 hours.
• We take privacy seriously and will treat all of your personal information in accordance with the
applicable data protection laws in the UK to ensure that the personal information you give us is
kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully.
• All copyright, design right and other intellectual property rights in our designs and products [and
the images, text and design of this website] are and will remain the property of Ampersand Cards.
